Shipping Policy
We aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours of the order being processed,
subject to the item(s) being in stock, busy periods can however delay despatch times, therefore please expect delivery within a maximum of 10 working days of placing your order.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or
Bank Holidays will not usually be processed until the next working day.
Stock
We endevour to maintain a substantial level of stock of all products, however,
If an item is out of stock, and is likely to mean that your order can not be delivered within 10 working days, you will be notified within 72 hours of ordering,
and will be offered a full refund, or the opportunity to put your order on back
order until the item is re-stocked.
Delivery Method
All goods ordered for delivery within the UK are despatched via Royal Mail standard
3 - 5 day delivery unless Special delivery is requested at the time of checkout. Standard delivery does not guarantee that your delivery will be made within 5 days of placing your order, and also doesnt insure your item from postal loss or delay.
International orders are despatched by Parcelforce Worldwide.
Postage and Packaging costs are calculate when you checkout your online order.
Urgent Delivery Requirements
If your order is urgent and required for a particular date, please seek
advice before placing an order.
Returns Policy
You may return all items purchased from Grailstones within 21 days, if un-opened
and in there original condition. Items should be returned via recorded delivery,
on receipt a full refund will be provided.
Damaged Goods
If your goods are damaged or
faulty you can expect a replacement or full refund, if you receive damaged or
unsatifactory products please email us for advice.
